All Beasts Lead to Rome

"The Bible is the most ancient and the most comprehensive history that men possess. It came fresh from the fountain of eternal truth, and throughout the ages, a divine hand has preserved its purity. It lights up the far-distant past, where human research in vain seeks to penetrate. In God’s word only do we behold the power that laid the foundations of the earth and that stretched out the heavens. Here only do we find an authentic account of the origin of nations. Here only is given a history of our race unsullied by human pride or prejudice.

The power exercised by every ruler on the earth is Heaven-imparted, and upon his use of the power thus bestowed, his success depends. To each, the word of the divine Watcher is, “I girded thee, though thou hast not known Me.” Isaiah 45:5. And to each, the words spoken to Nebuchadnezzar of old are the lesson of life: “Break off thy sins by righteousness, and thine iniquities by showing mercy to the poor; if it may be a lengthening of thy tranquility.” Daniel 4:27.

To understand these things,—to understand that “righteousness exalteth a nation;” that “the throne is established by righteousness” and “upholden by mercy” (Proverbs 14:34; 16:12; Proverbs 20:28); to recognize the outworking of these principles in the manifestation of His power who “removeth kings, and setteth up kings” (Daniel 2:21),—this is to understand the philosophy of history.

In the word of God only is this clearly set forth. Here it is shown that the strength of nations, as of individuals, is not found in the opportunities or facilities that appear to make them invincible; it is not found in their boasted greatness. It is measured by the fidelity with which they fulfill God’s purpose.

An illustration of this truth is found in the history of ancient Babylon. To Nebuchadnezzar the king the true object of national government was represented under the figure of a great tree, whose height “reached unto heaven, and the sight thereof to the end of all the earth: the leaves thereof were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was meat for all;” under its shadow, the beast of the field dwelt, and among its branches, the birds of the air had their habitation. Daniel 4:11, 12. This representation shows the character of a government that fulfills God’s purpose—a government that protects and upbuilds the nation.

God exalted Babylon that it might fulfill this purpose. Prosperity attended the nation until it reached a height of wealth and power that has never since been equaled—fitly represented in the Scriptures by the inspired symbol, a “head of gold.” Daniel 2:38. {E G White Education}

A Lesson from the King of Babylon

“And in the second year of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar, Nebuchadnezzar dreamed dreams, wherewith his spirit was troubled, and his sleep brake from him. Then the king commanded to call the magicians, and the astrologers, and the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans, for to show the king his dreams.” “And the king said unto them, I have dreamed a dream, and my spirit was troubled to know the dream.... Therefore tell me the dream, and I shall know that ye can show me the interpretation thereof. The Chaldeans answered before the king, and said, There is not a man upon the earth that can show the king’s matter.” “It is a rare thing that the king requireth, and there is none other that can show it before the king, except the gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh.”

Upon hearing this, the king was very angry, and commanded that all the wise men should be slain. But God revealed the dream to Daniel in a night vision. “Therefore Daniel went in unto Arioch, whom the king had ordained to destroy the wise men of Babylon; he went and said thus unto him: Destroy not the wise men of Babylon; bring me in before the king, and I will show unto the king the interpretation.

Daniel was taken in to the king, and said to him: “The secret which the king hath demanded can not the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers, show to the king. But there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these: ...Thou, O king, sawest, and behold a great image. This great image, whose brightness was excellent, stood before thee; and the form thereof was terrible.”

After describing the image which the king had seen, Daniel said, “This is the dream; and we will tell the interpretation thereof before the king. Thou, O king, art a king of kings; for the God of heaven hath given thee a kingdom, power, and strength, and glory. And wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou art this HEAD OF GOLD. And after thee shall arise another kingdom inferior to thee, and another third kingdom of brass, which shall bear rule over all the earth. And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron.... And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.”

This dream was given to the king of Babylon, the events of the future, reaching down to the end of time, were opened before him, that he might have light on this important subject. It was also given for the benefit of all future generations. The record was traced by the prophetic pen that the light might be shared by those kingdoms which should succeed the kingdom of Babylon. {ST April 29, 1897, par. 1-5}

The Head of Gold (Daniel 2:32) representing Babylon, ruled the then known world from 605 BC- October 29th 539 BC. King Nebuchadnezzar was Babylon personified, and gold was a fitting symbol of the kingdom God had given into his hands. This same kingdom was shown in several other prophecies in other symbols like a huge tree that was cut down and its roots remained to influence the test of time. It was also shown as a great lion with the wings of an eagle later in Daniel.
The Chest and Arms of Silver (Daniel 2:32) represent the dual kingdom of Medo-Persia, who as prophesied used the tactic of drying the river Euphrates to overthrew Babylon in 539 BC, ruled until 331 BC. Cyrus, the Persian king who was prophesied before he was born by God in scripture, welded elements of the two kingdoms together. Silver was the currency of choice in this period of history and their warriors adorned themselves in it, making silver a fitting representation of Medo-Persia.
Belly and Thighs of Bronze (Daniel 2:32) represent Greece during the time of Alexander the Great and his successors from 331- 161 BC. Bronze was used in the Hellenistic "bronze-age" for spear tips, shields, and armor.
Legs of Iron (Daniel 2:33) represents the "Iron Age" of ROME from Pagan times (161 BC) till the second coming of Christ.
Feet of Iron/ mixed with Clay (Daniel 2:33, 40-42) (Edit) The Iron & clay represent the mixing of church and state and it is comprised of the same metal as Pagan Rome. Only Papal Rome matches this historically to precise accuracy. So these ten toes MUST be connected to the feet of Papal Rome so they are spiritual in nature. Later Papal prophecies show that the churches which split off from her would come back to momma. The Ten Toes all emanate FROM the feet of Papal Rome so they must be the Protestant churches like the Ten Horns in Revelation 17.

The Lion Beast of Daniel 7

“The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings. I watched till its wings were plucked off; and it was lifted up from the earth and made to stand on two feet like a man, and a man's heart was given to it (Daniel 7:4 NKJV).

The lion is used in the Bible as a symbol of authority and power. The symbol is applied to Christ as the Lion of Judah, but it is also the symbol for Babylon, the destroyer of nations, and the seat of the apostate religion which would seek to entice God's people into idolatry. The prophet Jeremiah prophesied about Babylon’s destruction of Jerusalem, using the symbol of a lion for this mighty power:

I will bring disaster from the north,
And great destruction.
The lion has come up from his thicket,
And the destroyer of nations is on his way.
He has gone forth from his place
To make your land desolate.
Your cities will be laid waste,
Without inhabitant

(Jeremiah 4:6-7 NKJV).

The lion of Daniel 7 has an eagle's wings, a further reference to Babylon. Archaeology has revealed that a lion with eagle's wings was a common symbol in Babylonian designs and sculptures. Moreover, the eagle often symbolizes the sun god. This means that the sun god powers the lion. This union of the human element with the sun god is in defiance of the true God.

The religion of Babylon forms the basis of all pagan religions, making Babylon a fitting symbol for the end-time confederacy of religious powers aligned against God and His people. This confederacy will control events at the end of time and is portrayed in Daniel 2 as the feet of iron and clay. In the closing stages of Earth’s history, a power resembling Babylon will once again control the planet’s events.

The Bear Beast of Daniel 7

“...and behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh."

(Daniel 7:5)

We know from the prophecy in Daniel 2 and through history that the Medo-Persian Empire arose after conquering the Babylonian Empire. This power is portrayed in Daniel 7 as a bear. The bear was raised up on one of its sides, referring to the initial inequality of the two powers of the Medo-Persian alliance that was to overthrow the Babylonian Empire.

Cyrus the Great’ Typifies Christ

Cyrus was the Persian King chosen by God to accomplish the great feat of drying up the river Euphrates to stop the oppression of God's people who were held in Babylon as slaves. Long before his birth, the prophet Isaiah called Cyrus the Lord's anointed:

“This is what the LORD says to His anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I take hold of to subdue nations before him and to strip kings of their armor, to open doors before him so that gates will not be shut.” (Isaiah 45:1)

The same prophet, prophesying about the Messiah, wrote this:

“The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners.”

(Isaiah 61:1)

Cyrus served as a type of Christ. He ended Babylon’s rule and set the captives free. The decree issued by Cyrus was to free the Israelites so they could return to their homeland without cost. In the same way Christ will overthrow spiritual Babylon at the end of time. He will set the captives free and take them to their heavenly home. Their redemption will be without cost.

The Leopard Beast of Daniel 7

“After that, I looked, and there before me was another beast, one that looked like a leopard. And on its back it had four wings like those of a bird. This beast had four heads, and it was given authority to rule” (Daniel 7:6).

After the Medes and Persians, a third power would arise to take control. The dream from God in Daniel 2 and history both tell us that the Greek Empire came after the Medo-Persian Empire. In Daniel 8 we read in a further prophecy that "Grecia" would subdue the Medo-Persian Empire and that it also would be divided into four subkingdoms before succumbing to the Roman Empire. The leopard beast in Daniel 7 has four heads and four wings which symbolize the four subkingdoms under the rule of their perspective generals.

The symbol of the leopard is a fitting symbol for the kingdom of Grecia considering the swiftness of its conquest. The “Grecia” referred to in Daniel 8 should not be confused with the Greece of the classical period that preceded the fall of Persia. That Greece does not match the timeline of Daniel 2. This Greece must be a power that overcomes the Medo-Persians and establishes itself as a world-dominating power coming from the Grecian culture.

This is the semi-Greek Macedonian Empire of Alexander the Great, who subdued revolts in the states of Greece and Thrace. Alexander then declared himself the successor to the Pharaohs, and his troops worshiped him as if he were a god. One of Alexander’s aims was to spread Greek culture and philosophy throughout his realm. Greece added many refinements, rites, and ceremonies to the earthly systems of worship. The Bacchus cult, the mythologies of the battles of the gods, and the worship of female deities became entrenched in the very fiber of society.

The Terrible Beast of Daniel 7

“After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.” Daniel 7:7

"The three preceding powers were symbolized by three of the mightiest beasts of the earth, but when the fourth beast was considered, there was no animal with a character to represent its terrible nature; so a beast without name, having (Margin) "iron teeth, brass nails, and ten horns", was presented to the prophet. The angel had said to Daniel, “As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away; yet their lives were prolonged.” Each one, before being destroyed, was merged into the succeeding one. The same truth was represented in chapter four when the tree representing Babylon was cut down, but the roots remained in the ground. The roots represented the foundation principles upon which Babylon was built, and they have remained in the earth ever since. When Medo-Persia fell, she left her principles of government, education, and religion still alive, transmitting them to her posterity, the nations of earth. Greece did likewise, and with each succeeding empire, those foundation principles which were so clearly portrayed in Babylon, which were placed there by the prince of the power of the air, instead of appearing in a weakened state, sprung into life with renewed vigor. So it was that when the fourth kingdom appeared, those principles of government which were the counterfeit of heaven’s underlying principles were so strong that no natural beast could symbolize even pagan Rome. Rome in religion renewed all the religious errors of Babylon, and in education she followed in the footsteps of her great mother. But as the prophet watched, things still more wonderful appeared. The fourth beast, Rome, which succeeded Greece in 161 b. c., had ten horns, which, said the angel, “are ten kings that shall arise.” This fourth beast is identical with the legs of iron in the image shown to Nebuchadnezzar, and the ten horns correspond to the mixture of iron Margin and clay in the feet of that image. Each of the preceding kingdoms had fallen into the hands of some strong general who took the rule, but with Rome the case was different. The details of this history are given in the eighth chapter of Revelation under the symbol of the seven trumpets. Barbarian hordes from the north of Europe and Asia swept over the Roman empire between the years 351 and 483 a. d., crushing the government into ten parts. There was a time when the Roman empire had a most wonderful opportunity to accept the true God. Rome was the universal kingdom during the life of Christ. To Babylon God sent his people, the Jews, to scatter the truths of his kingdom and lead men to repentance. The Medes and the Persians received the gospel from this same people, and representatives from Greece came to Jerusalem, into the very temple, in touch with the priests, in order that there might be no excuse for their refusing Christ. But to the Roman kingdom, heaven itself was poured out in the person of the Saviour, and it was Rome that nailed him to the cross. It was a Roman seal on his tomb, and a Roman guard at his grave. The early church suffered persecution at the hands of this same power. Judgment came to Rome when these barbarians overran the empire with fire and sword, and the kingdom was divided into ten parts." {The Story of Daniel the Prophet 94.1}

The Terrible Beast's Horns in Daniel 7

The fourth beast in Daniel’s dream had ten horns. The ten horns, according to the prophecy, are ten kingdoms that will come from Rome (Daniel 7:24). The ten kingdoms, which arose from Rome after its decline, are the same ones represented by the ten toes of the image described in Daniel 2. They represent the Ostrogoths, Visigoths, Franks, Vandals, Suevi, Alamani, Anglo-Saxons, Heruli, Lombardi, and Burgundians.

The Little Horn

“I was considering the (10) horns, and there was another horn, a little one, coming up among them, before whom three of the first horns were plucked out by the roots. And there, in this horn, were eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking pompous words” (Daniel 7:8).

As Daniel watched, a little horn emerged from the ten, pushing out three of the other horns. The little horn power grows to become greater than all the others. In this verse, we again have the reference to a man, just as we had the reference to a man associated with the lion that had eagle wings representing Babylon. It was Babylon that deceived the ancient world with its system of worship (representing the type). The little horn power will have the same elements as Babylon but on a universal scale (representing the great antitype). The little horn will blaspheme God and speak pompous words and deceive the nations at the end of time.

“In the sixth century the papacy had become firmly established. Its seat of power was fixed in the imperial city, and the bishop of Rome was declared to be the HEAD over the entire church. Paganism had given place to the papacy. The dragon had given to the beast “his power, and his seat, and great authority.” [Revelation 13:2] And now began the 1260 years of papal oppression foretold in the prophecies of Daniel and the Revelation. [Daniel 7:25; Revelation 13:5-7] Christians were forced to choose, either to yield their integrity and accept the papal ceremonies and worship, or to wear away their lives in dungeons or suffer death by the rack, the fagot, or the headsman’s ax. Now were fulfilled the words of Jesus, “Ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake.” [Luke 21:16, 17.] Persecution opened upon the faithful with greater fury than ever before, and the world became a vast battle-field. For hundreds of years the church of Christ found refuge in seclusion and obscurity. Thus says the prophet: “The woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.” [Revelation 12:6.] {Great Controversy 1888 pg 54.2}

Revelations Three Phases of ROME

"What power is represented by the beast in Revelation 13? To learn this, we go still further back, to chapter 12, where we find a power symbolized by a great red dragon, which is the one next preceding the beast of chapter 13. The seven heads and ten horns upon both of these symbols show that they represent two phases of the same power. By universal consent of Protestant expositors, the great red dragon is considered a representative of Pagan Rome. The next phase presented by Rome after the Pagan form was the Papal. Rome Papal succeeded Rome Pagan. The dragon gave his seat, power, and great authority to the beast. Hence the beast (of Rev 13) can represent none other but Papal Rome.". {James White 'Life incidents' pg. 242}

If the "seven heads and ten horns" of both of the beasts in Revelation 12 & 13 show they represent two phases of the same empire, Rome, then it should be obvious that the next beast in Revelation 17 with seven heads and ten horns must be the next phase of Rome. We were given clues to the truth of the matter for discovery in the last days. Historical understanding is an essential part of the true comprehension of this issue. Here is What Elder AT Jones said...

"Now I want you to see, in the twelfth chapter of Revelation, the three phases of the history of the world, from Christ until now. The first is pagan Rome,—Rome in the time of Christ and the apostles and the early church, with Satan as the inspiration of Rome. From that, the story passed down to another power that is used against the church. But where is the church at this time when this second power comes in?—in the wilderness. And the dragon still persecutes the church; and now he casts out a flood after her. In the other he persecutes her; but in this he casts out a flood... This is still Rome, but in what form?—It is the apostate church, the form of Christianity inspired by Satan, who was the life of it. And what does this phase of Rome do?—Still by peace it destroys many; ALWAYS BY ROME’S PEACE COMES DESTRUCTION. Then “the dragon was wroth with the woman.” Had he not been wroth with the woman from the first?—Yes; but what now?—He “went to make war with the remnant of her seed.” In all this, you see the THREE PHASES OF HISTORY, the three powers that Satan brought against the church, between the first advent of Christ and the second coming. The first was pagan Rome; the second is the apostate (Catholic) church; the third is the power that is used against the remnant. {ARSH June 6, 1899, p. 356.7}

In my over twenty years as a Christian, I had never heard any pastor-elder or evangelist teach these things in recent times. These truths have been forgotten, swept under the radar, and God used a lowly layman like me to bring them back to light. The logical progression of the three phases of Rome through history as prophesied in Revelation are;

1. The 'seven headed ten horned beast' of Revelation 12 is the complete overview of Rome from before Christ to the second coming, with the main emphasis on Pagan Rome.

2. The 'seven headed ten horned beast' of Revelation 13 is the complete overview of Papal Rome, but the main emphasis is on Dark Ages Papal Rome from 538 AD until the "head" wound inflicted by Napoleon in 1798 ended their reign.

3. The 'seven headed ten horned beast' of Revelation 17 is the current revived Papal Rome since the healing of the head wound in 1929 when Mussolini gave the pope his title of 'king' back.

To be clear Rome is represented by three different phases in Revelation, each with the identifying trademark of 'Seven heads and ten horns' so we cannot miss who it is. This is the evolution of the ultimate beast, with each phase in different times and with adjusted strategies against God's people. This makes each prophecy of each phase more specific to the era it represents. All three beasts of Rev 12, 13 & 17 are different phases of Rome. Now the other facts about what the seven heads and ten horns represent can be more clearly defined.

What is a “Head” in prophecy?

"...the controlling power in a state is the HEAD of the state."

“It is one of the leading doctrines of Romanism that the pope is the visible HEAD of the universal church of Christ, invested with supreme authority over bishops and pastors in all parts of the world. More than this, the pope has been given the very titles of Deity. He has been styled “Lord God the Pope”, and has been declared infallible. He demands the homage of all men. The same claim urged by Satan in the wilderness of temptation is still urged by him through the Church of Rome, and vast numbers are ready to yield him homage.” {Great Controversy pg 50.3}

The Pope is the HEAD of the Roman Beast in Revelation 13 & 17 after pagan Rome handed the scepter to the Pope.

Revelation 12’s Seven Heads of Rome

“Kings, Consuls, Dictators, Decemvirs, Triumvirs, Emperors, and Popes”

753 BC --- 509 BC --- 498 BC -------- 451 BC ------------------- 59 BC ----------- 27 BC-- 538 AD

“In advocating the view that the seven heads of the dragon of Revelation 12... represent seven forms of government that have existed in the Roman Empire, the writer deems it necessary to remind the reader that he is not dealing in novelties. He is not introducing a new view to appeal to the curiosity of the reader, and to cater to the not always healthy excitement of pursuing a line of thought because it is strange. But the view which will be advocated in this paper is one which has characterized the Adventist movement from the beginning, through the first, second, and third messages, to the present time, and is only beginning within a few years to be called in question. Nor can the view be said to be peculiar to Adventists in its historical aspect, - a scheme devised by them to meet their peculiar views of prophecy, -for scholars declared before the Adventist movement began, that Rome had presented to the world, as a unique and marvelous feature of history, seven distinct forms of government. All that the Adventists did, was to say, as the most natural thing in the world, that if Rome did have seven forms of government, the seven heads of the dragon, which was a symbol of Rome, must be designed to represent that fact… one of the earliest Protestant commentators, Osiander, as early as 1511, names the whole seven as we have them; namely, Kings, Consuls, Decemvirs, Dictators, Triumvirs, Emperors, and Popes, as the forms of Roman government represented by the seven heads of the dragon of Revelation 12... Adventists, under the first message, at once adopted this view.” {Uriah Smith; The Seven Heads of Revelation}

The seventh HEAD of the Dragon Beast of Revelation 12 is the 1,260-year reign of Papal Rome, so Revelation 13 REPEATS AND ENLARGES this heads reign. So why would the seven heads continue to represent past Roman governments from that point on? Repeat and enlarge means to move forward with the progression of the vision in its interpretation. This is one of the most used patterns of bible prophecy, especially in Revelation.

Revelation 13’s Seven Heads of Rome

“The number 7 indicates completeness, and is symbolic of the fact that the messages extend to the end of time...” {Acts of the Apostles 585.3}

In 538 AD when the mountains of Rome came under the leadership of the seventh head of the Dragon beast of Revelation 12 the Popes took over Europe more fiercely than any other empire ever in the history of the world, all in the name of God, but not the GOD of the Bible. Through the biblical prophetic constant of repeat and enlarge the thirteenth chapter takes that seventh head of the first phase of Rome in the twelfth chapter and enlarges it under the guideline of the 1,260 years of Papal rule prophesied until “he who leads into captivity would be taken captive” by Napoleon in 1798.

“Power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.” And, says the prophet, “I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death.” And again: “He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword.” The forty and two months are the same as the “time and times and the dividing of time,” three years and a half, or 1260 days, of Daniel 7 - - the time during which the papal power was to oppress God’s people. This period, as stated in preceding chapters, began with the supremacy of the papacy, A.D. 538, and terminated in 1798. At that time the pope was made captive by the French army, the papal power received its deadly wound, and the prediction was fulfilled, “He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity.” {GC 439.2}

"And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death..." {Rev 13:3}

Pope Pius VI; The Pope of the Deadly Wound

The Beast in Revelation 13 is the complete overview of Papal Rome from 538AD till the second coming of Christ, but the main emphasis is on the Dark Ages. Ellen White was on a trip to Valence France and visited the grave of the last papal HEAD of the second phase of Rome and she was impressed by God to write;

"We looked upon the bust of Pius VI... who was led into captivity and died in captivity. Here was the one marked in history who received the deadly wound. His heart is encased in the marble monument beneath where the bust is located. We felt rather solemn as we looked upon the monument of this man noted in prophecy." (Letter 110, November 4, 1886.)

Revelation 17; The Third and Final Phase of Rome

To Recap; as predicted in the visions of John in Revelation 12/13 & 17 Rome is represented by three different phases through history.

“In all this, you see the three phases of history, the three powers that Satan brought against the church, between the first advent of Christ and the second coming. The first was pagan Rome; the second is the apostate church; the third is the power that is used against the remnant.” {ARSH June 6, 1899, p. 356.7}

The Dragon Beast in Revelation 12 is symbolic of Rome from its beginning to the end of time, with the main emphasis on PAGAN ROME, and the seven heads were seven different forms of government that ruled no other kingdom but ROME.

“...namely Kings, Consuls, Decemvirs, Dictators, Triumvirs, Emperors, and Popes, as the forms of Roman government represented by the SEVEN HEADS of the dragon of Revelation 12...” {SHR 1.1}

It was shown through the prophetic principle of ‘Repeat & Enlarge’ that when the seventh form of Government in the first phase of Rome, the Papal HEAD, assumes control of the seven hills of Rome, Revelation 13 enlarges the reign of that head and continues the timeline in this second phase of Rome, covering the complete Papal reign until the second coming.

This brings us to the last phase of Rome in Revelation 17; the revived Papal Roman Empire. This chapter predicts the third and final phase of ROME after the HEAD wound is healed in 1929 - till the eighth King in that procession leads the world to PERDITION. But in this vision during the time of the eighth king (covered later), the Vatican is a worldwide superpower leading other nations and churches to do her bidding. And the seven heads are no longer nondescript, there are characteristics given to them all. This phase of Rome began between World Wars I & II when Mussolini rebuilt Rome and the Vatican grounds and renovated mysterious treasures to heal the deadly wound once again establishing the Pope as a sovereign KING.

Catholic Faithful call February 11th "Independence Day" because the Lateran Treaty of 1929 made the pope a SOVEREIGN “King” again. On the anniversary of that event, Feb 11,2013, Benedict XVI, the Seventh Papal “King” since that treaty, retired because he “MUST REMAIN A SHORT TIME” {Rev 17:10).

This church is now once again an empire, and she sits above the city which used to be an empire, and the prophecy in question states; “And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.” Rev 17:18

John Paul II, the 6th Papal king, was indisputably the most influential head since the healing. Recently given the title "The Great" and sainted in record time after his death, he organized ecumenism with the Lutheran Church and brought the Jesuits back into the graces of the Vatican. He was also the first pope to reach out to America for support in the overthrow of another nation (USSR). He fully endorsed Marionism and claimed to be the living fulfillment of the third Marion Prophecy.

In the vision of Revelation 17, John was taken from his day into the future to see the judgment of the fallen church in the reign of the “sixth” king, the one who “is” in the vision. So the five previous kings had already come and gone, but the sixth IS alive in the vision. Judgment for the dead began in 1844, but since this prophecy points to the judgment of the living church, and the church has a name on her forehead “Mystery, Babylon the Great the MOTHER OF HARLOTS” this prophecy MUST point to the time when the Protestant churches have joined forces with the Harlot.

A Mother Cannot be a Mother Until she has children

If the woman is called a "Mother" in the prophecy, then she must have daughters at this point in time. How evident can it be then that the sixth king in this lineup is the Pope who brought the first Protestant church to a negotiated settlement? The Beast that the Harlot rides in Revelation 17 must be in the time frame of when the Protestant Daughters unite with the Harlot. The first Protestant church to actually sign a joint declaration of faith with the Harlot Mother was the Lutheran church in 1999. So isn’t it conspicuous that the Sixth Papal King since the healing of the head wound is also who organized that Ecumenical agreement with the Lutherans? John Paul II is the Papal king who was in power when the first daughter was born to the Harlot.

The Lateran Treaty was signed on Feb 11, 1929, re-establishing the house of the Papacy as a sovereign nation. The pope became a king again. The papal faithful call Feb.11 "Independence Day" and on the anniversary of the signing of that treaty in 2013, the seventh papal king, Pope Benedict XVI officially abdicated the throne of Rome, thus perfectly fulfilling the prophecy of "remaining a short time" after his reign.

We are seeing prophecy unfold before us! Here is the fulfillment we have been looking for regarding the seventh king who must remain a short time. What does the prophecy mean by "he must remain a short time"? As a peculiar element to his reign, Benedict XVI left office alive so he “must remain for a short time” after his reign, allowing the eighth king to come while he is still alive. This peculiarly particular element of the closing of Benedict XVI's reign fulfills the prophecy. No other uncontested pope has ever abdicated the throne before. 600 years ago there were two popes fighting over the same office and one retired to strengthen the Catholic Church, but in the realm of fully vetted popes, no one has EVER left alive! So the prophecy is shown to mean that Benedict XVI must remain ALIVE a short time after his reign!

Just after the seventh king of Revelation 17, Pope Benedict XVI announced his resignation on February 11, 2013, lightning struck the pinnacle of the dome of St Peters Basilica not once but twice. We all know how rare that is. The picture (right) was taken at the moment of the second lightning strike. I can find no other records of the Basilica ever being hit by lightning before so it is not a common occurrence. This was a sign from God. How ironic that St Peter's Basilica has an ancient graven image of Zeus, the God of lighting that they renamed St Peter after acquiring it as its main attraction.

Pope Benedict XVI is the seventh king of Rev 17 and now we are at the time of the eighth king. Praise God Jesus will be here very soon. This is not time-setting because every one of the seven kings could have lived to be 120 or only in office for a month. God controls their length of life.

Then there’s an Eighth King

The other two beasts with Seven Heads and Ten Horns in Revelation 12 & 13 only have seven Heads with their ten horns, but here in Revelation 17 this power is represented by an eighth and final king, showing there are major differences between these and the other heads of Rome in Revelation 12, and 13. There is an evolution of the three phases of the beast, first from Pagan Roman times to the Dark Ages Roman Church, till today in the revived Papal Roman Empire, and they all have their own strategy against God’s true remnant. This eighth head brings it all together and leads the world to PERDITION.

"...and the beast that was, and is not, he also is eighth, and out of the seven (hills) he is, and to PERDITION he doth go away.” Revelation 17;11.

These are our clues to prove whether what I have been led to understand is from God or from Satan for God wrote prophecy for an example to prove who is being motivated by the Spirit of Truth. If they speak not according to this word, or their words fail to come true if claimed to be from God, there is no light in them. So does what I claim to be from God add up?

"the beast that was and is not"

The first clue is that this eighth king would be "the beast that was and is not". This is an obvious reference to the beast before this end-time manifestation, the beast of the Dark Ages, the second phase of Rome that reigned for 1,260 years and which passed away after the head wound was inflicted in 1798.

So what was the power of the beast in the Dark Ages? Please read this quote carefully.

"Throughout Christendom, Protestantism was menaced by formidable foes. The first triumphs of the Reformation past, Rome summoned new forces, hoping to accomplish its destruction. At this time the order of the Jesuits was created, the most cruel, unscrupulous, and powerful of all the champions of popery. Cut off from earthly ties and human interests, dead to the claims of natural affection, reason and conscience wholly silenced, they knew no rule, no tie, but that of their order, and no duty but to extend its power. (See Appendix.) The gospel of Christ had enabled its adherents to meet danger and endure suffering, undismayed by cold, hunger, toil, and poverty, to uphold the banner of truth in face of the rack, the dungeon, and the stake. To combat these forces, Jesuitism inspired its followers with a fanaticism that enabled them to endure like dangers, and to oppose to the power of truth all the weapons of deception. There was no crime too great for them to commit, no deception too base for them to practice, no disguise too difficult for them to assume. Vowed to perpetual poverty and humility, it was their studied aim to secure wealth and power, to be devoted to the overthrow of Protestantism, and the re-establishment of the papal supremacy." {GC 234.2}

So according to this logic, since Pope Francis is the FIRST JESUIT POPE EVER, it should be obvious that this perspective of the interpretation of this prophecy fits. The "beast that was" is the Catholic Church strengthened by the Jesuits and the eighth king since the healing of the Headwound is the first Jesuit Pope. How conspicuous!

"out of the seven, he is"

The second clue as to whether the interpretation God has shown me on this matter fits is as follows.

Young's Literal Bible translates Revelation 17:11 "and the beast that was, and is not, he also is eighth, and out of the seven he is, and to destruction, he doth go away." The Greek word here translated "out of" is 'ek'. This word delineates origin, and in this context means something that was once part of the body, excluded at some point, then restored. This perfectly fits the healing of the head wound aspect of this prophecy.

The Jesuits were part of the Papacy until they were excluded by Papal edict because of their persecutions during the Dark Ages, separated from the Papal government by the demands of the governments of Europe. Pope John Paul II, the sixth Papal king since the healing, the one who "is" in the vision, restored the Jesuits to Rome. Pope Francis, the eighth papal king, completely heals the head wound because he is the first Jesuit Pope, restoring with greater power than ever the persecuting power of the Papacy.

The interpretation of the meaning of the seven heads has been given already in the previous verses.

"Here [is] the mind that is having wisdom; the seven heads ARE seven mountains upon which the woman doth sit, AND there are seven kings,"

The seven heads ARE seven Hills AND seven kings, or seven kings who come from the kingdom of the seven hills, and as shown before, Rome has been called the city of Seven Hills since being called Rome. I stand before you to say that this verse is proven to mean the eighth king comes from OUT OF the territory of the kingdom of Rome restoring the persecuting power of the beast. He comes from OUT OF Europe. Pope Francis comes from Argentina in South America, from way beyond the mountains of Europe. They have a word for this, they call him Ultramontane, or "from beyond the hills". This is a common phrase in Rome.

In the perspective of the vision, John was taken to the time of the sixth king but is here trying to describe the reign of the eighth king who is still future from the time John was taken to. Again this is proven in the previous verse "the other is not yet come". John is shown the future from the perspective of the sixth king, so in verse 11 the angel is describing how the Jesuit beast of the Dark ages will be renewed in this eighth Papal king Pope Francis, but since John is seeing this from the perspective of the sixth king he says "out of the seven HE IS" at that time, and that he would come from OUT OF the Roman Kingdom to restore what was removed from the beast.

So this is the evidence of what God has shown me;

Pope Francis is the FIRST JESUIT POPE, which fulfills the "beast that was and is not" element of the prophecy
Pope Francis is the FIRST POPE TO BE ELECTED FROM OUT OF THE TERRITORY OF ANCIENT ROME.

America honors the first Jesuit American Pope

Isn’t it conspicuous that the first resolution introduced to the United States Congress on behalf of Pope Francis has as its two first and main points for honoring him, the fact that he is the first elected from out of Europe and the first Jesuit pope?

These exact two points are addressed for the eighth king prophecy of Revelation 17. He is not from Europe and he is a Jesuit, the ferocious part of the beast that was and is not, excluded from Europe after the deadly wound then recently fully reintroduced by Pope John Paul II who restructured them to be more accountable to the pope.

So it was the sixth Papal “King” John Paul II who really brought the Jesuits back to Rome in modern times. Now the Eighth Papal King since the healing is a Jesuit and is being honored by America for being the first American Jesuit Pope.

It is very conspicuous that the eighth Papal King since the healing of the deadly wound comes from OUT OF the mountains of Europe, exactly like the prophecy in Revelation 17 demands. Pope Francis is the first-ever elected from outside the “mountains” of Europe, or what they call “Ultramonta”. The prophecy says the eighth comes from “out of” the seven hills and is reestablished. This Pope is also the first EVER Jesuit Pope. The Jesuits were the army of Rome in the bloodiest part of the Reformation. They are the “Beast that was and is not”. But they have fully restored now that the eighth king IS a Jesuit. They had been excluded from Rome several times and recently restructured by Pope John Paul II.

The son of “PERDITION”

The “man of sin,” which is also styled “the mystery of iniquity,” “the son of perdition,” and “that wicked,” represents the papacy... {GC 356.1}

This is how I was led to these amazing conclusions. In 1995 God gave me a dream, then through a Brother, He introduced me to Ellen White’s writings who showed me that the dream God gave me was in her writings. Here is her representation of the dream, including portions that God gave me before I had read any of her writings (which has happened many times since). I was on board this train then got off and went on a journey of learning the meaning of the prophecy.

‘I saw the rapidity with which this delusion (ghosts) was spreading. A train of cars was shown me, going with the speed of lightning. The angel bade me look carefully. I fixed my eyes upon the train. It seemed that the whole world was on board, that there could not be one left. Said the angel, "They are binding in bundles ready to burn." Then he showed me the conductor, who appeared like a stately, fair person, whom all the passengers looked up to and reverenced. I was perplexed and asked my attending angel who it was. He said, "It is Satan. He is the conductor in the form of an angel of light. He has taken the world captive. They are given over to strong delusions, to believe a lie, that they may be damned. This agent, the next highest in order to him, is the engineer, and other of his agents are employed in different offices as he may need them, and they are all going with lightning speed to PERDITION”.’

This ties perfectly with the story of the eighth king of Revelation 17 going into “PERDITION”, and the Spirit says the “son of PERDITION... Represents the papacy” {GC 356.1}

The Eighth King is a “CORPSE”

The Jesuits were the persecuting power of the Papacy during the Dark Ages and they were responsible for putting tens of millions of people to death for not yielding their Textus Receptus-based bibles, or not conforming to the teaching of the papal see. Now that the pope is a Jesuit, an order completely dedicated to overthrowing the Protestant faith, there will no doubt be a more concerted effort along those lines, as recent meetings between the pope and Protestant leaders testifies by their proclaiming “the Protest is over”.

In Matthew 24 Jesus was asked when the destruction of Jerusalem and end of time would be and what would be the sign, and Jesus mingled the two images; the destruction of Jerusalem, which was fulfilled in 70 AD by the Roman armies, and the end of the world, which will be fulfilled by the armies of modern-day Rome, then He finished by replying “where the CORPSE is, there the eagles will gather”. This is the sign of the reign of the ‘son of perdition, the last king of Rome. The King James Version reads, “For wheresoever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together.” The word here used for 'carcass' never has any other meaning but that of a human 'corpse' or lifeless human body in scripture. In roughly half of the bible translations, this word is actually translated as “corpse” not carcass.

The Jesuits have a special pledge in their loyalty to the pope prescribed in their motto "perinde ac cadaver", which is Latin for "like a CORPSE" to be carried by the will of the pope. Surely if these men knew their bibles they would have stayed as far away from this sentiment as they could, for this prophecy condemns those who fulfill it. The Catholic Church now has a “corpse” at her HEAD. Notice also that Jesus didn't say where the corpses are, but "where the corpse is", the singular use of the word. There is only one corpse mentioned and this means the definitive singular "man of sin". So a Jesuit priest from OUT OF the seven hills has become “king” in fulfillment of this prophecy.

The Eagles are Gathering

Here is a bible quote that Mrs. Ellen White was inspired to relate which is directly applicable to this prophecy in Matthew 24 which predicts that a “Corpse” would be in power in the last days. It’s found in Patriarchs and prophets.

“By the Spirit of Inspiration, looking far down the ages, Moses pictured the terrible scenes of Israel’s final overthrow as a nation, and the destruction of Jerusalem by the armies of Rome: “The Lord shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand; a nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the old, nor show favor to the young.

{Deut 28:49}” {Patriarchs and Prophets 467.1}

And again she refers to Rome in the same way in the Great Controversy on page 41;

"God’s workmen were slain, but His work went steadily forward. The gospel continued to spread and the number of its adherents to increase. It penetrated into regions that were inaccessible even to the eagles (armies) of Rome."

The prophecy Jesus related in Matthew 24 is not only speaking about the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD but has a dual application to the last days.

“(In Matthew 24) Christ foretold the destruction of Jerusalem, as well as of the temple. His words were spoken in the hearing of a large number of people; but when He was again alone, Peter, James, John, and Andrew came to Him, saying, “Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of Thy coming, and of the end of the world?” Jesus did not answer His disciples by taking up separately the destruction of Jerusalem, and the last great day of His coming. The city of Jerusalem represented the world, and the utterances regarding its destruction are to be connected with the world’s more terrible destruction. In speaking of Jerusalem, His prophetic words reached beyond that event to the conflagration that will take place in that day when the Lord shall rise “out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity.” The description of the two events is mingled, and the entire subject is a warning to those who shall live in the last scenes of earth’s history....The events that took place at the overthrow of Jerusalem will be repeated.” {ST February 20, 1901}

In Patriarchs and Prophets, when quoting Moses, saying that prophecy of the eagle was fulfilled by ROME in the destruction of Jerusalem, and then in Signs of the Times saying the prophecy of Matthew which deals with the destruction of Jerusalem is also talking about the end of the world, it should then be obvious that the term “Eagle” in Matthew 24 should have the same application as when used by Moses in Deuteronomy. So Jesus is definitely prophesying that the armies of Rome will gather when their “king” is a Jesuit (as presented in the last message).

It should also be obvious that this quote is also talking about America because our nation sets up the IMAGE to the beast.

"The time is not far distant when, like the early disciples, we shall be forced to seek a refuge in desolate and solitary places. As the siege of Jerusalem by the Roman armies was the signal for flight to the Judean Christians, so the assumption of power on the part of our nation, (America) in the decree enforcing the papal sabbath, will be a warning to us. It will then be time to leave the large cities, preparatory to leaving the smaller ones for retired homes in secluded places among the mountains." -Testimonies for the Church 5:464, 465 (1885)

Rome had as its ensign the emblem of the eagle, and so too does America.

The destruction of Jerusalem came in 70 AD when the fallen church of Israel was destroyed by the "eagle" Rome. The Christian church was almost destroyed by the armies, or "eagles" of Rome in the Dark Ages. But the main objective of this prophecy is the end time. Rome used the image of the eagle as their insignia just as the United States does today. Jesus was warning us in prophetic veiled language that the Fallen church of Catholicism, lead by the Jesuits, would be in power at the end of time, guiding the United States into following its doctrines and making an image to the beast, using our power as their army to enforce their dogmas.

Separation of Church and State made America Great

“At the time when the Papacy, robbed of its strength, was forced to desist from persecution, John beheld a new power coming up to echo the dragon’s voice, and carry forward the same cruel and blasphemous work. This power, the last that is to wage war against the church and the law of God, is represented by a beast with lamblike horns. The beasts preceding it had risen from the sea; but this came up out of the earth, representing the peaceful rise of the nation which it symbolized—the UNITED STATES. The “two horns like a lamb” well represent the character of our own Government, as expressed in its two fundamental principles,—Republicanism and Protestantism. THESE PRINCIPLES ARE THE SECRET OF OUR POWER AS A NATION. Those who first found an asylum on the shores of America, rejoiced that they had reached a country free from the arrogant claims of popery and the tyranny of kingly rule. They determined to establish a government upon the broad foundation of civil and religious liberty.

But the stern tracings of the prophetic pencil reveal a change in this peaceful scene. The beast with lamblike horns SPEAKS WITH THE VOICE OF A DRAGON, and “exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him.” Prophecy declares that he will say to them that dwell on the earth, “that they should make an image to the beast,” and that it will cause “all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: and that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” Thus Protestantism is to follow in the steps of the Papacy." {ST February 8, 1910}

America becomes the Eagle (Army) of Rome

“… In that meeting, (1980) Reagan and the Pope agreed to undertake a clandestine campaign to hasten the dissolution of the communist empire. Declares Richard Allen, Reagan's first National Security Adviser: "This was one of the great secret alliances of all time."

Isn’t it conspicuous that the sixth king since the healing of the deadly wound in 1929, Pope John Paul II, the one who “is” alive in the vision in Revelation 17, was also the one who came to America to ask our president to SECRETLY overthrow Atheistic Communism in 1980? Several firsts occurred on the watch of JPII. As stated earlier He was also the Papal King who organized the Lutheran Church to sign a joint declaration of faith with the beast. This is why the reign of John Paul II is focused on in the prophecy. The daughters were coming onto the scene beginning with his reign.

“When Protestantism shall stretch her hand across the gulf to grasp the hand of the Roman power, when... our country shall repudiate every principle of its Constitution as a Protestant and Republican government, and shall make provision for the propagation of PAPAL falsehoods and delusions, then we may know that the time has come for the marvelous working of Satan, and that THE END IS NEAR. —Testimonies for the Church 5:451. {ChS 160.4}

By the President uniting with and doing the bidding of the Papal Dragon Beast in 1980 America had passed into the shadow of the Papacy and become the Eagle (Army) of ROME. In 1999 the Lutherans joined with Rome fulfilling the beginning of this prophecy above.

The Lamb-like Beast Speaks Like the Dragon

"Then I saw another beast rising out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb and it spoke like a dragon." Revelation 13:11

How perfectly the prophecy above, Revelation 13:11, was recently fulfilled, when for the first time EVER in American history the SPEAKER of the House (John Boehner) and the Minority leader (Nancy Pelosi) asked the pope to come and SPEAK from the floor of the Senate, where America SPEAKS as a nation by enacting laws, and the Pope accepted. Is it not peculiar that this is happening at the time of the Eighth Papal King since the healing of the wound who comes from OUT OF Europe, as Revelation 17:11 demands? All the more since in his speech to the Senate the pope first and foremost made it his specific goal to claim the title of AMERICAN. The first AMERICAN POPE he claimed, just before demanding the opening of our borders for immigrants. Now America has permitted the voice of the Pope to be heard worldwide from the Senate floor. The lamb-like beast, the United States of America has now spoken as the ROMAN Dragon to the world.

In biblical prophecy, in all of the visions of a beast or world power, its power is in its ability to SPEAK by declaring and enforcing laws. So the power within the government that decrees its laws is the MOUTH on the HEAD of the power, such as the Little Horn/ Papacy who SPEAKS the final word on Catholic matters. America has the House and Senate as our mouth to speak laws into existence (Unless Presidential authority is asserted) and other branches to make sure laws are Constitutional, interpreting their meanings in light of the fundamental document, and enforcing them in society.

The SPEAKER of the House John Boehner, who invited the Pope to SPEAK in the

Senate, could not SPEAK in the presence of Pope Francis, the eighth King, and that

day he gave notice of his resignation as SPEAKER of the House

America has now fulfilled the prophecy of SPEAKING like the Roman Dragon beast by letting his voice be heard there. He spoke worldwide on Television and radio and the Internet to over a billion people from the chambers that wrote the amendments to our Constitution when everything he stands for demands for our nation to concede to him.

The Papal HEAD has spoken from our Senate, and what of the one who invited him? Boehner was so moved by the “spirit” of the pope he could not SPEAK in his presence, crying uncontrollably, and gave his resignation as SPEAKER saying he would resign with this being his greatest accomplishment, to have brought the pope to our nation’s hallowed halls.

What happened to Boehner was exactly the same spirit that overcame Pope Benedict XVI, who on Feb 11, 2013, said god told him to announce his retirement that day, the anniversary of the signing of the Lateran Treaty, which had made the Pope a king again. Then lightning hit St Peter’s Basilica for the first time on record. All of this perfectly fulfills the bible prophecy in our lifetime and in your witness.

The Seventh King, Pope Benedict XVI retired on Feb 11, 2013, because he “Must continue a short time” (Rev 17:11) while the eighth take over. Now this eighth pope, Francis, has a cult of personality that far exceeds John Paul II, who truly believed Mary saved his life on the day of the Feast of Fatima because he stooped to bless a little girl wearing an 'Our Lady of Fatima' pendant, causing the bullet to miss killing him, derailing the fulfillment of the third Marion prophecy. So they swear. Marion-ism has taken over the Papacy, which used to be divided on the validity of those dogmas. Now it is almost universally believed within the leadership of the Vatican that Mary is in heaven interceding on our behalf (some Protestants declaring their belief in her too). They are steps away from declaring Mary to be Co-redeemer; the fifth Marion Dogma. The only thing holding them back? Ecumenism. They need the Protestants to do their bidding. And so the prophecy declares they will.

The Ten Horns of Protestantism

Ecumenism is the idea of Christian unity in the literal sense, that there should be a single Church. This has been the goal of the Roman (Universal) Church from its inception. Can two walk together except they are agreed?

“And the TEN HORNS which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.” Revelation 17:12, 13. As we approach the last crisis, it is of vital moment that harmony and unity exist among the Lord’s instrumentalities. The world is filled with storm and war and variance. Yet under ONE HEAD—the PAPAL POWER—the people will unite to oppose God in the person of His witnesses. What is it that gives its kingdom to this power? PROTESTANTISM, a power which, while professing to have the temper and spirit of a lamb and to be allied to Heaven, speaks with the voice of a dragon. It is moved by a power from beneath. “These have one mind.” There will be a universal bond of union, one great harmony, a confederacy of Satan’s forces. “And shall give their power and strength unto the beast.” Thus is manifested the same arbitrary, oppressive power against religious liberty, freedom to worship God according to the dictates of conscience, as was manifested by the papacy, when in the past it persecuted those who dared to refuse to conform with the religious rites and ceremonies of Romanism.” {Maranatha 187}

James Robinson claims that God gave him a message; that it is “the Prayer of Jesus” for “all believers to come together” no matter what their doctrines are. In April 2014 he went to Rome to meet the pope with other protestant leaders. Here are some quotes about that meeting from Robinson’s website in his own words.

“This week I was blessed to be part of perhaps an unprecedented moment between evangelicals and the Catholic Pope. On Tuesday, for nearly three hours, a few of us were blessed to meet in an intimate circle of prayerful discussion and lunch to discuss... seeing Jesus’ prayer answered.” “Consider some events leading to this SUPERNATURAL gathering at the Vatican in Rome. Years ago God told me to reach out beyond the safe, comfortable walls of my Southern Baptist tradition. He wanted me to reach beyond denominational barriers and seek to bring the family together so the church would put His arms around a hurting world and pull everyone close to His heart. I reached outside my sectarian Baptist comfort zone to Pentecostals, Charismatics and Catholics, as well as those outside the church. Bishop Tony Palmer brought the group of seven together. WE WENT TO THE VATICAN AND MET IN THE PRESENSE OF THE LORD.” The Pope responded in our personal conversation with such a dynamic evangelical message, desiring all people who have religious associations (all Protestants, all Catholics – no matter who they are) as Paul said to the Corinthians, “to examine themselves whether they be of the faith.” He said... “Religion is not the way; Jesus is.” {http://www.jamesrobison.net/pope-francis}

This again fits the prophetic mindset of the Spirit of Prophecy as found in the Seventh Day Adventist Church which has been proclaiming that these events were prophesied in scripture for more than the past 150 years.

“I saw that the two-horned beast had a dragon's mouth, (Sept 24, 2015) and that his power was in his head, and that the decree would go out of his mouth. Then I saw the Mother of Harlots; that the mother was not the daughters, but separate and distinct from them. She has had her day, and it is past, and her daughters, the Protestant sects, were the next to come on the stage and act out the same mind that the mother had when she persecuted the saints. I saw that as the mother has been declining in power, the daughters had been growing, and soon they will exercise the power once exercised by the mother.” [Spalding and Magan collection, Page 4 Paragraph 2]

And let it be reminded that the Papacy has never changed its mission and are biding their time until their plans can be manifest.

“When the obstacles to perfect ecclesiastical communion have been gradually overcome, all Christians will at last, in a common celebration of the Eucharist, be gathered into the one and only Church in that unity which Christ bestowed on His Church from the beginning. We believe that this unity subsists in the Catholic Church as something she can never lose, and we hope that it will continue to increase until the end of time.”(Second Vatican Council, Unitatis Redintegratio 4)

This is the three angels' messages amplified. This message will be heard around the world then the end will come.

“The third angel’s warning is: “If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God.” “The beast” mentioned in this message, whose worship is enforced by the two-horned beast, is the first, or leopard like beast of Revelation 13—the papacy. The “image to the beast” represents that form of apostate Protestantism which will be developed when the Protestant churches shall seek the aid of the civil power for the enforcement of their dogmas.”

All of these biblical points are evidence that "ALL BEASTS LEAD TO ROME"!

In the name of Jesus, I pledge my devotion to Him and His Father and thank Him for the blessing of prophetic interpretation. This is a faithful witness. In the name of Jesus, here are those who keep the commandments of God and the Testimony of Jesus.
